Tonal is a cutting-edge at-home smart gym system that uses electromagnetic resistance for weightlifting. While at the company, my team and I developed videos and social posts tailored to each stage of the customer journey, ensuring seamless messaging that guided users through the marketing funnel. I also had the opportunity to lead UX surveys on the company’s website, uncovering valuable insights that deepened our understanding of customer behavior and helped refine the user experience.
